Substitute Site Director - Part Time
M-F (6:30 am-8:30 am and/or 2:00 pm-6:00 pm)

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day summer and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.
As an AlphaBEST Site Director youll lead a meaningful before and after-school program that helps kids learn grow and thrive.
Were looking for an early learning professional who:
Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment
Feels confident taking the lead and running a smooth program
Takes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience
Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed
In this role you will:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules ratios staffing and documentation
Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations
Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards
Make child safety the top priority at all times
Maintain licensing compliance documentation and readiness for inspections
Track and manage site resources attendance and food program requirements
Supervise and mentor your site team providing coaching and feedback and ensuring training requirements are met
Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events
Build strong relationships with families school staff and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
Requirements:
Heres what youll need:
- Must meet one of the following qualifications per CO licensing regulations:
- completed a bachelors degree (in a related field such as recreation outdoor education elementary or early childhood education or a subject in the human service field)
- 2 years of college education and 6 months (910 hours) of *satisfactory and verifiable experience
- 3 years of *satisfactory and verifiable experience along with 6 semester hours or college education OR 40 clock hours of training in course work applicable to school-age children*satisfactory and verifiable experience must have occurred after you were 18 years or older and must be for care/supervision of children 4 years or older.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
