Job Summary
RiverMead is seeking a dedicated skilled individual to join its team as a Network Technician. This position will involve supporting daily technology operations providing IT support troubleshooting network and device issues and offering technical assistance to residents. On Any Given Day You Will
- Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and residents troubleshooting devices software and connectivity
Support and maintain wired and wireless networks systems and basic security controls
Perform routine maintenance updates documentation and ticketing
Deliver patient in-unit technology support to residents including billable services
Track time and services accurately for billing and reporting
Collaborate on escalated issues projects and technology deployments
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher preferred
1 year related experience (3 preferred)
Proficient with Windows/macOS; basic networking (TCP/IP Wi-Fi)
Experience with hardware printers and peripherals
Microsoft 365 and Active Directory familiarity preferred
Strong communication skills; able to work independently and manage multiple requests
Experience in senior living healthcare or residential settings preferred
