As the Product Manager Lawyer Services youll serve as the subject matter expert for key Share of Wallet products across the Commercial and Residential businesses. The Manager is responsible for executing initiatives and coordinating stakeholders to support engagement across the program while ensuring day-to-day decisions align with FCTs vision and overall corporate strategy. This is a hands-on collaborative role focused on strong execution relationship management and turning business needs into effective outcomes.

HERES HOW YOULL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Grow existing products by managing/building/supporting sales and marketing development product enhancements and customer experience enhancements

  • Lead the development of new business opportunities. Manage the entire Product lifecycle from research and recommendation through the build and launch process.

  • Champion Lawyer Services business across FCT. Build relationships with internal partners and provide guidance to them as they support the businesses in achieving business goals

  • Manage day-to-day situations challenges and opportunities of the Lawyer Services businesses

  • Analyze track and report on key performance metrics to assess product performance service adoption and business outcomes using insights to inform decisions and recommendations.

HERES WHAT YOULL BRING:

  • 35 years of product management or product development experience with proven results; experience in the real estate or insurance industry preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication time management and core computer skills.

  • Comfort working with data and using insights to support decision-making and recommendations

  • Strong ability to build rapport with internal partners and lead through influence gaining buy-in navigating competing priorities and addressing conflict effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience collaborating with technology teams to support solution development and product delivery considered an asset.

Total Direct Compensation:

108000 - 132000

Any pay range is in $CAD
