As a Solutions Specialist you will be at the heart of this missionpartnering with customers to design and deliver tailored solutions that make a real clinical and operational impact. This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise commercial influence and customer engagement providing an outstanding opportunity for both personal and professional growth.
As a Solutions Specialist you are a trusted expert and strategic partner to customers and internal teams. You will understand customer needs in depth and translate them into highvalue customerspecific solutions from Elektas product and services portfoliodriving customer success and supporting sales growth across the Cluster. Working closely with the Sales Director Account Managers and Cluster Leader you will help build and convert a strong sales pipeline contribute to strategic market development and support Elektas revenue market share and profitability objectives.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Customer & Sales Enablement
- Support sales opportunities across existing and new customers through direct customer-facing engagement
- Act as the primary product and solutions expert for the Cluster Sales teams
- Build propose and demonstrate customerspecific configurations and solutions
- Provide regular updates on prospects at Sales and Business Line meetings
- Support tenders by answering technical and clinical questions and contributing to winning bids
Clinical & Solution Expertise
- Demonstrate the clinical operational financial and technical value of Elektas portfolio
- Visit customers regularly to assess workflows consult on best practices and support optimization
- Support product launches and sales strategies in collaboration with local sales and marketing teams
- Represent Elekta at conferences symposiums and industry events
Collaboration & Market Development
- Work crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Order Fulfilment and Business Lines to ensure seamless project implementation and clinical golive
- Develop customers as reference sites and key opinion leaders
- Provide competitive intelligence and customer insights to global and regional teams
- Capture and communicate customer and market needs to Product Marketing
Operational Excellence
- Drive adoption of CLM tools including Salesforce and Oracle quoting
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards
- Actively live and demonstrate Elektas values in all interactions
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree (clinical or business-oriented)
- Qualification or demonstrated knowledge in Medical Physics (preferred)
- Clinical experience with radiotherapy treatment planning systems (strong advantage)
- Solid understanding of radiation oncology workflows; knowledge of CT/MR imaging and radiosurgery is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial mindset with a drive to win complex consultative sales
- Ability to engage confidently with multi-disciplinary stakeholdersfrom technologists and physicists to Clevel executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical project management and problem-solving capabilities
- High degree of autonomy persistence and results orientation
- Fluency in English is essential; additional Cluster languages are an advantage
Technical & Digital
- Comfort with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce Qlik Sense Seismic)
- Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
