Job Summary
Your mission
- Lead ESS project execution from planning to commissioning while coordinating with internal engineering supply chain and service teams.
- Manage communication with customers EPC partners and local authorities to keep alignment on project scope and milestones.
- Oversee installation progress risk assessments and compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and progress dashboards throughout all project stages.
- Ensure timely delivery and commissioning by aligning logistics onsite activities and external partners.
- Identify potential project risks early and initiate corrective actions to keep delivery on schedule.
Your profile
- Experience in project management within renewable energy electrical engineering ESS or related technical fields.
- Understanding of electrical systems grid connection processes and technical project workflows.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to handle diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and technical requirements.
- Hands-on approach paired with problem-solving mindset and structured workstyle.
- English B2C1; Bulgarian fluency; other regional languages are a plus.
