Job Summary

Providence Staffings client is seeking an Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice in Atlanta Georgia. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for injured clients thrives in a high-energy litigation environment and is motivated by results.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from discovery through resolution.
Draft and respond to pleadings motions discovery requests and legal correspondence.
Conduct depositions mediations and settlement negotiations with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
Prepare cases for trial including trial strategy witness preparation and exhibit organization.
Appear in court for hearings mediations and other litigation proceedings as required.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support motion practice and overall case strategy.
Collaborate closely with attorneys paralegals and litigation support staff to drive cases forward efficiently.
Maintain consistent communication with clients providing clear updates and strategic guidance throughout the litigation process.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
Strong working knowledge of Georgia civil procedure and personal injury law.
Demonstrated ability to handle litigation matters independently with minimal supervision.
Experience using case management software preferred.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Active Georgia law license in good standing.
Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Competitive mindset strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
