Monday Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22 $24 per hour

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced and reliable Medical Assistant to support both front and back-office operations in a clinical setting. This role requires strong clinical skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and room patients
Schedule appointments and answer phones
Take and document vital signs
Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture
Administer vaccines and injections
Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
Provide general clinical and administrative support
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
Foster a collaborative and professional work environment

Qualifications

Minimum 13 years of Medical Assistant experience (externship not included)
Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
Occupational Health experience strongly preferred
Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required
EMR experience required
Current BLS or CPR certification required
Strong communication organizational and computer skills
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
