Job Summary
The Lead Data Architect is responsible for designing building and maintaining efficient and scalable Application architecture within an organization. They collaborate with various stakeholders to understand technical requirements create robust solutions and ensure the integrity security and performance of the application infrastructure. This includes having the strong ability to look around the corner at emerging technologies and advise senior leadership around the strategic technical vision for the domain. The Lead Architect role is crucial for organizations aiming to leverage effectively for strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Accountabilities include:
Define and execute architectural strategies aligned with project objectives.
Lead and supervise architectural initiatives within assigned projects or areas.
Develop architectural designs and solutions ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
10 years in software engineering and architecture roles (technical lead solution architect enterprise architect)
Strong experience in understanding non-functional requirements (SLA response time real time near real time multi-threading) and ability to create designs that meet the non-functional requirements.
Strong experience in interoperability FHIR HL7 standards
5 years of full stack development experience
5 years of SQL NoSQL MongoDB Redis and any relevant database experience
5 years in cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) microservices and API design.
Experience with DevOps tools (Kubernetes Jenkins Docker Git) and Kafka.
experience in Java Python Spring Boot and front-end frameworks (Angular/JavaScript).
Familiarity with AI/ML technologies especially Generative AI and LLMs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Interoperability enterprise solutions is a plus
Experience/certification in one or more cloud platform (Salesforce GCP Azure & AWS) is preferred.
Experience in large scale migration efforts from legacy technology/Asset to a modern/new Asset is preferredRequired Skills:
