- Manage and perform high-quality technical advisory works for pre-sale activities.
- Act as project manager and interface between engineering disciplines including electrical mechanical civil and control schemes.
- Provide technical input from initial assessment to project feasibility and integration with other power plants.
- Review and suggest improvements for the conceptual and detailed design of ESS projects.
- Prepare and manage specifications tendering negotiation and selection of battery storage system plants.
- Conduct due diligence for ESS projects and support customers and lenders through the financial close process.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (electrical preferred) or equivalent.
- Experience in BESS technology and in-depth knowledge of BESS technologies emerging trends and the international market.
- Proven technical advisory experience with investors project developers and BESS plant design.
- Experience in international solar PV or hybrid projects development and delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in technical review communication with clients and other project parties (utilities BoP EPC etc.).
- Language: German and English at least C1; other languages are always great to have!
