Job Summary

The Mission We are recruiting a distinguished nursing professional for a bespoke 1:1 medical role attending to an 80-year-old VIP. This position offers a seamless blend of high-acuity clinical vigilance and luxury maritime travel. Based aboard a private vessel cruising the Mediterranean your itinerary will include exclusive stops in Monaco Portofino Ibiza and the Greek Islands ensuring the principals health is managed with hospital-grade precision.

The Team You will be supported by a comprehensive high-performance medical infrastructure:

Lead British Doctor: Provides 24/7 clinical governance and medical direction.
Physiotherapists: A dedicated team focusing on the patients physical rehabilitation and mobility.
Nursing Team: You will collaborate with a skilled unit of Western-trained nursing professionals.

The Safety To prioritize patient safety and prevent clinical fatigue we mandate a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never be rostered alone; a qualified colleague will always be on shift with you ensuring you have robust support and can maintain the highest standards of care.

The Process

Phase 1: CV Screening & Western Qualification Audit.
Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Remote).
Phase 3: Deployment to the vessel in the Mediterranean.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized Western university is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of recent experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is non-negotiable for safety communications.
Attributes: Highly adaptable discreet and capable of adhering to strict VIP protocols.
