About the Role
As Country Manager you will lead the strategy performance and culture of a growing network of stores across Ireland. Reporting to senior international leadership you will drive market growth operational excellence and a best-in-class customer experience while building a passionate motivated team that thrives on success.
Youll be the face of the brand in Irelandan influential leader with the credibility network and insight to navigate the Irish retail landscape and accelerate expansion.

What Youll Do
1. Shape the Future Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a bold national retail strategy aligned with global ambitions.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Irish market and position the brand for success.
Partner with leadership supporting company direction and bring fresh ideas to life.
Lead expansion plansnew stores formats and new opportunities.
2. Deliver Excellence Operational Leadership
Oversee performance across all stores ensuring consistent standards and operational efficiency.
Build a high-performance KPI culture focused on sales growth profitability and customer satisfaction.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across operations.
3. Inspire People Team Leadership
Lead mentor and energise Area and Store Managers to deliver outstanding results.
Create a culture of ownership accountability and celebration of success.
Develop future leaders through coaching succession planning and development programmes.
4. Drive Growth Commercial & Financial Leadership
Own the Irish P&L and deliver strong sustainable growth.
Set ambitious targets and deliver disciplined financial management.
Analyse performance data to unlock opportunities and improve results.
Build strong supplier and partner relationships to optimise cost and efficiency.
5. Elevate the Brand Customer Experience
Champion a customer-first mindset across every store.
Ensure consistently exceptional in-store experiences.
Use insight and feedback to refine the retail proposition.
Drive loyalty advocacy and repeat business.
6. Represent the Business Stakeholder Leadership
Act as the companys ambassador across Ireland with partners landlords suppliers and industry bodies.
Collaborate with marketing HR product and international teams to deliver joined-up strategies.
Build a strong reputation for the brand within the Irish retail community.
7. Protect the Business Compliance & Governance
Ensure all operations meet Irish regulatory standards.
Implement strong governance and risk management practices.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
Who Were Looking For
Experience
10 years in senior multi-site retail leadership (Area Regional or Country level).
Proven success in Irelands retail market with strong national exposure and network.
Track record of driving expansion transformation or turnaround initiatives.
