GC Solar is seeking an experienced and results-driven highly organised systems-driven professional with a passion for efficiency. We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead and optimise our warehouse operations within the fast-growing renewable energy industry. We want a Warehouse Manager that understand stock accuracy logistics coordination and thrive in a tech-enabled environment.
Required Skills:
Proven experience working with Zoho systems (minimum 2 years hands-on experience required non-negotiable)
Strong experience in stock control reconciliation reporting and warehouse systems
Experience in renewable energy electrical hardware or technical environments will be highly advantageous
Demonstrated experience managing warehouse staff and performance
Strong leadership and accountability
High attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced organisational and planning skills
Analytical and reporting ability
Strong problem-solving capability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid drivers licence
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse staff
Manage inventory levels stock accuracy cycle counts and reconciliation
Implement and maintain warehouse procedures controls and SOPs
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
Ensure accurate capturing and management of stock on Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books / Zoho CRM (non-negotiable)
Generate and analyse stock procurement and movement reports
Manage supplier deliveries returns and discrepancies
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Control shrinkage losses and damages
Support project teams with accurate and timeous dispatches
Monitor warehouse KPIs and continuously improve operational efficiency

Required Education:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Warehouse Management or a related field (A relevant tertiary qualification is essential)Certification in Inventory Management or Supply Chain (advantageous)Health & Safety training (advantageous)
