Job Summary

Your Impact:
- Design and optimize robust data ingestion pipelines with APIs cloud services and third party systems.
- Help shape the foundation of a brand-new data warehouse from scratch a critical company wide initiative.
- Maintain data quality and support data governance across the organization.
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform and leverage GitLab CI/CD for seamless deployments.
- Apply data modeling techniques (star/snowflake schemas) to structure data effectively.
- Work closely with Data Analysts and Developers to enable analytics and data-driven strategies.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years in data (platform) engineering preferably within high traffic or fintech environments.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- Advanced SQL skills (including window functions).
- Strong experience with Terraform Python (Airflow PySpark) and AWS services (Athena Kinesis Lambda).
- Experience developing and maintaining robust data ingestion pipelines with APIs and third party systems.
- Familiarity with data modeling (star/snowflake schemas) and GitLab CI/CD.
- You take ownership of end to end data pipelines and troubleshoot like a pro.
- Detail oriented proactive and a team player who thrives in cross functional setups.
- You must reside in the Netherlands.
- A total yearly salary up to 95.000 incl 8% and 13th month
