Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge for our overseas construction project in Africa. The candidate will be responsible for managing site store operations material handling and inventory control to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations at the project site.
Maintain proper records of material inward and outward entries.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
Maintain accurate inventory reports and documentation.
Conduct regular stock verification and audits.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for material requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

Prior experience as Store In-Charge in Construction or Infrastructure projects (Mandatory).

Strong knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.

Ability to maintain stock registers and documentation accurately.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / ERP systems preferred.

Willingness to relocate to Africa.

Good communication and coordination skills.
