Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.

On behalf of our client we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Mobile Operations Manager to work in Tanzania Dar es salaam.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Tanzanian mobile money professional to manage large-scale super dealer operations including 4000 wakalas float management KPI performance and operational controls.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and manage scalable mobile money super dealer operations in Tanzania including SOPs agent/wakala management float control and service delivery.
  
• Ensure regulatory operational and SLA compliance while resolving escalated operational technical float and customer issues with key stakeholders.
  
• Drive wakala onboarding training performance management customer journey optimization and complaint resolution to increase adoption and transaction growth.
  
• Oversee system testing UAT and incident resolution while mentoring local Tanzanian teams to ensure operational continuity and excellence.
  
• Experience scaling or restructuring super dealer or national agent networks
  
• Project or operations management background
  
  

Requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in mobile money or digital payments operations
  
• Leadership experience managing large agent or wakala networks
  
• Strong expertise in super dealer operations float management and KPI delivery
  
• Demonstrated experience in wakala onboarding training and performance management
  
• Solid understanding of mobile money regulatory and operational frameworks
  
• Strong Excel reporting and data analysis skills
  

ADDED ADVANTAGE

• A degree in Business Administration and at least 5 years of experience
