Junior Interior Designer

Job Summary
The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team through material library management sample coordination project documentation and administrative support tasks that help keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Library & Vendor Coordination
Maintain and organize the materials library (samples binders finish organization and overall tidiness)
Schedule and coordinate library updates with vendor representatives
Request samples and obtain finish lead times for active projects
Prepare and assemble sample packages for clients and project managers
Project & Cost Support
Maintain and update internal spreadsheets tracking average product costs
Coordinate with the construction team to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment
Support finish selections and documentation processes
Technical Support
Perform basic Revit tasks including:
Sheet setup
View setup
Schedule creation
Must have working knowledge of Revit and be comfortable navigating the software
Team Support
Coordinate and schedule team lunches and place catering orders as needed
Provide general administrative support to the design team
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
Proficiency in Revit (required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional communication skills when coordinating with vendors and internal teams
Positive team-oriented attitude
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
