UnityPoint Clinic is a physician-led nonprofit health care organization offering comprehensive services in primary care walk-in care and specialty care. Responsibilities
- Review and oversee clinical charts for four virtual Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure accuracy compliance and quality standards
- Conduct ongoing check-ins and meetings with APPs to support performance development and overall success
- Serve as a point of contact for APPs responding to questions and calls as needed within reasonable scope
- Review approve and sign off on clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
Qualifications
- MD/DO
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physicians field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
