Position Overview
A leading aerospace and defense technology organization is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join a cross-functional team supporting space and intelligence systems. This role focuses on maintaining the survivability performance and reliability of highly secure mission-critical infrastructure.
Relocation assistance is available.
This position requires onsite support 23 days per week at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora CO.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure uptime and reliability of critical systems
Configure monitor and troubleshoot enterprise services
Automate systems administration activities
Implement Infrastructure as Code Policy as Code and Configuration as Code practices
Administer and support Linux-based environments
Develop scripts to improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system performance and resiliency
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance (required)
57 years of relevant experience
Bachelors degree in a related field
Strong Linux systems administration experience
Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting
U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available)
