MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Training department in daily administrative and operational activities.
Records control: receive organize file (both physical and digital) and register documents in control spreadsheets and systems;
E-learning (EAD): release training courses and file certificates in the system and shared network;
New employee registration: register and maintain new employees in e-learning and LMS systems;
KPI tracking: update and maintain KPI spreadsheets ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field (at least 2 years to graduate);
Must be able to operate MS Office Suite and some Web-Based Computer Programs (Excel Word and Outlook);
Knowledge of English will be advantage.
