- JOB PURPOSE
(Provide an overview of the job its context in the organization and the contribution that it makes)
- Review the GFC and tender drawings specifications and BOQ and report back any deviation
- Involve in answering RTQ technical evaluations on boarding and kick start of the Non PMC contract and co ordinate with PMC for PMC managed projects
- To Supervise multiple contractors to execute the landscape in line with quality execution contractual compliance and timeline
- Ensure interface of the operations team from the start of the project for smooth hand over when project completed.
- Involve maintenance team from sign off all the IRs during the course of the execution.
- Document all the construction activity and get the as built drawings and close out documents project wise.
- Manage and utilize nursery facility and plant resources available in BIAL nursery.
- Control the variation and assure contractor compliance to EHS sustainability and QA/QC

- Evaluate the contractor on the basis of the documents submitted.
- Project kick start forms and templates and submission/ approval protocol.
- Primavera scheduling and monitoring. Red flag.
- Compliance monitoring

Financial(Eg: Budgets project costs capex etc.)
- Handling projects worth 1-20 CR and effective cost control in optimum utilization of resources
- Familiar and operative Auto CAD primavera software
| Non-Financial(Eg: No. of direct/ indirect reports headcount in projects no. of clients handled etc.) - Coordination with vendors projects team E&M Drainage irrigation and Terminal operations in related to Landscape

5.1. Education qualification and certifications(Indicate the level of education and certifications required) - . Agriculture / Horticulture

5.2. Years of Experience (Years of relevant experience required) - At least 8 years of similar experience |
5.3. Computer skills(Indicate the required knowledge on software applications hardware etc. that are required) - MS Office Word Excel Power point Auto CAD Primavera etc.
- Use of ASITE/ document control site monitoring online platform
|
5.4. Knowledge and work skillsIndicate what knowledge (machines equipment processes systems etc.) and work skills are required - Complete knowledge of plants native to Bengaluru and climate adaptability.
- Soil and water test for plant growth factor.
- Sound knowledge on typical construction details as per ASTM or BS standards and intent to learn and practice
- Exercise best horticultural practice in planting staking/guying protecting during construction phase and hand over to Operations.
- Practice sustainability resource management recycling of green waste generation.
- Use inventory online to issue of the plants from BIAL nursery.
- And understand the various symptom PPM and arboriculture.
