Description -

The Role

As a Product Manager on the Digital Direct Experience team youll lead initiatives that improve the customer journey across our global eCommerce platform. Youll work cross-functionally with design engineering analytics and business stakeholders to define and deliver high-impact solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

What Youll Do

Define and evolve product strategies that improve customer experience and business performance across .
Translate customer insights data and business goals into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional teams through discovery delivery and iteration using Agile methodologies.
Partner with UX engineering analytics and business teams to design and launch intuitive performant and accessible digital experiences.
Own and optimize key performance metrics such as conversion rate engagement bounce rate and revenue impact.
Stay informed on industry trends competitive benchmarks and emerging technologies to inform product direction.

What Were Looking For

35 years of product management experience ideally in eCommerce digital platforms or consumer-facing web experiences.
Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset; comfortable with experimentation and A/B testing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align diverse teams around a shared vision.
Curiosity and critical thinking; you ask why before jumping to how.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with platforms like Adobe Commerce HCL Websphere or headless CMS architectures.
Experience with personalization localization or accessibility in digital products.
Background in UX research digital design or web development.
Exposure to tools like Fullstory Adobe Analytics Dynamic Yield or UserTesting.
