Job Summary
MAKEUPEDUCATION ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
STARTING :JULY 2026for 6 months
Werelooking foran intern to join our Global Education Team based in Paris.As part of the team this person will support the daily work of the MakeupGlobalSeniorEducationProject Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Yourmain focus:
DesignMakeuptraining tools for each launch.
Createmobile learnings for the Beauty Advisormobile application.
Ensure deadlines delivery and implementation of the assets and constant optimization of work tools processes and communication.
Help to plan and organize Train the Trainers sessions (onboarding workshopsinternationalseminars virtual trainings).
Work in synergywith otherGlobalMakeup360 teams (Merchandising Marketing Influencer Marketing Digital and Trade Marketing).

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You areamakeup/beautyjunkyinnovative rigorousretail-orientedand a good team player. As an Education Assistant Project Manageryou get energy from working in a fast-paceddiverseand international environment. Other than that you:
Are aMaster student(gap year or end-of-studies) in a business school or university.
Ideally haveapreviouswork experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education.
Are an excellent communicator in English both verbal & written.
Are passionate about beauty & specially about makeup.
Are creative open-minded enthusiastagileand flexible.
Havegood communicationand presentation skills.
Are digitalsavvy.
