Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $70000 per year

Responsibilities
- Analyze and adjudicate workers compensation claims in accordance with regulations and best practices.
- Determine compensability and establish appropriate claim reserves.
- Manage claims efficiently from inception through resolution.
- Communicate effectively with employers injured employees medical providers attorneys and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member satisfaction and reduce losses.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
- Valid Connecticut Adjusters License.
- Minimum of three years of experience in workers compensation claims.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational time-management and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
