We are looking for the best talent in Interlomas General Offices to be:

Regulatory Affairs Intern

Part-time position

Start date: 1st June 2026

Location: Interlomas General Offices

Work schedule:part-time with flexible working hours

Salary:The gross salary for interns ranges from $9000 mxn to $18000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.

Duration:12-18 months

Profile:Active college student of any business or engineering major. English Advanced

Qualifications: Your graduation date must be between June 2027 to December 2027.

Are you ready to dive into the world of regulatory affairs and make a meaningful impact This internship in our Research and Development department will give you the chance to learn about the complexities of product compliance and the innovative processes behind some of the worlds best-known brands.

About the role: This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in regulatory compliance project support and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in regulatory processes and a desire to learn about the complexities of product compliance in the specific industry sector.

Some of your tasks will be:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

  • Support project initiatives by conducting research on regulatory requirements and guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions and project documentation.

  • Help maintain and update regulatory databases tracking compliance status of products.

  • Participate in operational projects providing support in coordinating timelines and deliverables.

  • Assist in the review of product labeling promotional materials and other documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on regulatory affairs topics for internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

  • Live in Mexico City and willing to work in our Interlomas General Offices.

  • Graduation date must be between June 2027 and December 2027

  • English Advanced (will be evaluated).

  • Interest in regulatory affairs and familiarity with regulatory compliance processes and documentation. (desirable)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).

  • Display strong leadership teamwork analytical skills and problem-solving mentality.

  • Real passion for building new solutions.

  • Express willingness to learn take initiative and show flexibility.

  • You love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
