Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership & P&L Management

Provide operational ownership of large strategic client programs.
Lead P&L oversight financial performance management and programlevel budget accountability.
Ensure effective onsite and inmarket operational coordination to support client outcomes and program success.
Partner with leadership and inmarket teams to execute highpriority initiatives and drive continuous operational improvement.

Stakeholder Coordination & Liaison

Serve as the primary liaison to market leadership including Medical Directors and executivelevel client stakeholders.
Coordinate SCP team interfaces to ensure visibility engagement and clear communication across involved functions
Partner with Business Operations functions (e.g. Recruiting Credentialing Workforce Management) to ensure aligned timely support for program needs.
Manage executive and leadership interfaces across SCPincluding RCPA RMO and other Performance Edge partner teams.

Internal Alignment for Initiative Support

Lead and support programmatic initiatives helping to execute aligned operational strategies.
Support the development adoption and operationalization of systemwide initiatives.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated experience leading operations in complex multistakeholder environments.
Strong financial acumen including experience managing P&L and operational budgets.
Excellent stakeholder management and executivelevel communication skills.
Ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with clinical operational and business functions.
Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving capabilities.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Finance related field or equivalent work experience.
Masters degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

7 years of experience in healthcare or business operations.
Prior experience owning and driving large strategic operational client programs.

PRIMARY LOCATION:

SCP Office (Atlanta GA; Lafayette LA; Dallas TX; Traverse City MI)

SECONDARY LOCATION(S):

Home-based; requires ET leader approval

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

As needed for key internal meetings.

Pay Range:

$103260.00 - $0.00

This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience qualifications and internal equity considerations.
