This role will allow you to learn procedures and strategies associated with process improvements and general manufacturing engineering in a team-based aerospace environment. What You Will Do:

You will learn Product Line Process Improvements
Meet with the team and learn Additive Manufacturing
Gain knowledge of Manufacturing Fixturing and Tooling
Exposure to set up New Product Introduction
Learn about Manufacturing Bill of Materials & Router Creation/Maintenance

What You Will Learn:

Manufacturing Instruction Creation and Maintenance within designated area
Engineering Change Order/Manufacturing Change Order Review
Development of Manufacturing Process improvements improving capacity and throughput
Capital Project Execution
MRB Processes

Qualifications You Must Have:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
