Responsibilites
- Oversee Day-to-Day Operations Manage and optimize all dealership operations from sales and service to customer relations and financial performance.
- Team Leadership Recruit train and motivate a high-performing team committed to exceptional customer service.
- Drive Sales & Profitability Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to Honda and the Murgado Automotive Group.
- Operational Excellence Monitor and analyze performance metrics budgets and sales targets to maintain peak operational efficiency.
- Community Engagement Represent the dealership in the Libertyville community building strong local partnerships.

Qualifications
- Proven Leadership Experience in a high-volume automotive dealership environment.
- Strong Business Acumen with expertise in financial analysis sales strategies and operational management.
- Customer-Centric Approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service at every customer touchpoint.
- Ability to Inspire & Motivate a team to consistently achieve and exceed goals.
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
