PARTS MANAGER

Jim Taylor Auto Group is looking for a full-time Parts Manager to join our team. We are looking for a strong leader who can drive performance maintain inventory control and build a productive customer-focused parts department.
This role is a great fit for someone who takes ownership leads with accountability and knows how to balance people process and profitability. The right candidate is organized decisive team-oriented and committed to operational excellence.
Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications
- Previous parts department leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Strong communication and leadership ability
- Basic computer competencies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
- Strong accountability and decision-making skills
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the parts department
- Manage inventory levels stocking ordering and returns
- Monitor department performance efficiency and profitability
- Support internal and external parts customers with professionalism and urgency
- Work closely with service and management to ensure smooth department operation
- Maintain accurate records controls and inventory processes
- Coach and develop team members
- Help create a department culture built on accountability organization and service
