Job Title: Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)

Schedule: Monday Friday 6.5 hours per day
Contract Duration: 15 Weeks

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strong Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 support for a male high school student with significant behavioral challenges including aggression. The ideal candidate must be confident consistent and capable of managing high-intensity behaviors in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral support and intervention

  • Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Support student safety during escalated behaviors

  • Maintain detailed documentation of behavioral data

  • Collaborate with school staff and special education teams

  • Promote a structured and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Active CBT Certification

  • Experience working with high school-aged students

  • Strong experience managing aggressive and high-behavior students

  • Reliable and punctual attendance

  • Flexibility throughout contract assignment
