Job Summary
Job Title: Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)

Shift: Day Shift 4x8 Hours (8:00 AM 4:00 PM)
Schedule: Monday Friday 6.5 hours per day
Contract Duration: 15 Weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strong Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 support for a male high school student with significant behavioral challenges including aggression. The ideal candidate must be confident consistent and capable of managing high-intensity behaviors in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support and intervention
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Support student safety during escalated behaviors
Maintain detailed documentation of behavioral data
Collaborate with school staff and special education teams
Promote a structured and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
Active CBT Certification
Experience working with high school-aged students
Strong experience managing aggressive and high-behavior students
Reliable and punctual attendance
Flexibility throughout contract assignment
