Job Summary

GG Media is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact between our clients and internal teams. This role is designed for a highly organized and service-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding client support. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication maintain project alignment and elevate the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments

  • Coordinate client onboarding processes and maintain accurate records

  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met efficiently

  • Address client inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-up

  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and performance summaries

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention

  • Support leadership with administrative coordination and scheduling


Qualifications :
