Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
Coordinate client onboarding processes and maintain accurate records

Address client inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-up
Assist in preparing reports presentations and performance summaries
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
