Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and proactive Building Concierge to join our Real Estate Management Services team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and secure environment for tenants visitors contractors and suppliers. You will be the first point of contact ensuring exceptional service and smooth building operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors tenants contractors and suppliers with professionalism to create an exceptional first impression.
- Act as the central point of reference for building information and services ensuring clear communication and support.
- Monitor lobby and Loading Bay activity to prevent unauthorized access maintaining safety and security.
- Identify and address safety security and maintenance issues promptly coordinating solutions with relevant teams.
- Perform Chief Fire Warden duties and manage emergency procedures to ensure compliance and occupant safety.
- Support operational efficiency and enhance tenant experience driving satisfaction and brand reputation.
Qualifications :
