Get to Know the Team
The Tanung Pinang City Team is an established team responsible for running Grab business and operations in the cities within the region. City Operations Team is responsible for all cities budgets and targets by collaborating with other internal stakeholders from multiple functions.
Get to Know the Role
We are seeking City Associate to join our team in Batam this role you will provide essential support to our city operations and development initiatives working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be having a commitment to supporting our organizations mission in urban development and city management.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Assist in coordinating and managing various city projects and initiatives.
- Implement and oversee the operational strategy at the city level focusing on enhancing both mobility and delivery services to meet local demands.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle management of Grab Driver Partners from the initial recruitment and onboarding process to ongoing engagement and support activities.
- Lead project management efforts by breaking down complex problems formulating hypotheses conducting tests and guiding projects through to successful implementation while ensuring that outcomes are sustainable.
- Collaborate with specialized teams to launch and promote new products and services that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- A minimum of Bachelors degree in Urban Planning Business Administration Public Administration Civil Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in city operations urban development municipal management or related field
- Experienced in leading teams and the ability to connect with people across teams/functions
- Experience and exposure to business process management identifying assessing and controlling risk and successful initiatives execution
- Experience in data management
