We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at Generator Supercenter of Lawton OK. As the first point of contact for our customers you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and transfer phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Professional and courteous demeanor
