About the Role:
Join Soccer Shots - Greater Atlanta as a Sales Associate where youll play a vital role in promoting our youth soccer programs. We are passionate about making a positive impact in childrens lives through sports and were looking for an enthusiastic team member to help us grow our community outreach and sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to promote Soccer Shots programs and benefits.
- Manage and respond to inquiries via phone email and in person.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer interactions within our lead list. .
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for youth sports and child development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Drive tools.
- Flexible schedule.
- Ability to manage ones time well.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Compensation:
- This job is commission based. Each school that is landed and a season with ample children is launched you will receive $400. This job allows you to get as much as you want based on how well you do.
