Job Summary
Machine Insert Operator
Schedule: 3rd Shift 11pm-7:30am EST
Job Description:
As a member of the team you will be responsible for performing tasks such as processing Health Care documents checks and printing transaction statements. Also will be working with scheduling print and operations teams to meet client SLAs.
Operates our BLUE CREST fleet of inserters EPICs PULSEs MSEs and ad-mark equipment.
Performs preventive maintenance and quality checks in order to identify and report malfunctioning issues.
Documents and communicates all issues to leads and or manager.
Understands support staff job responsibilities in order to obtain required support.
Monitors the equipment on an on-going bases to ensure they are operating correctly.
Understands and follows instructions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Completes all required documentation.
Reviews all materials to ensure quality standards are met.
Addresses troubleshooting issues in order to ensure they are quickly identified and communicated appropriately
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and must be detail oriented
GED or High School diploma required for all positions

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

The estimated salary range for this role is $18-20 per hour.
