Job description:
Our mission is helping Seniors be comfortable and optimizing their quality of life athome. We are looking for an RN with Home health care experience preparing Nurse assessments and aligning care plans to Doctor treatment and any other medical plans. Familiarity with home based aging and care and reporting requirements. Current RN license in Virginia and car with proof of insurance. Assistance with Tele - Doctor and other tele - medical diagnostics. Assistance with completing forms for submission to Veterans Dept State or other insurance/compliance agencies. Military veterans wanted - we have a number of veteran clients.
We offer a team based operational environment to assist with scheduling tracking and other health support for on going cases is increasingly an option.
