Complex Care Assistant Job: Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in a complex care assistant role is not essential but experience in the following would be extremely advantageous:
- Tracheostomy
- PEG feeding
- Catheter Care
- Medication Administration
- Moving & Handling Equipment.
- Challenging Behaviours (Autism & LD)
