Field Facilitator East Java
Job Summary
- Conduct initial quality checks and manage transactions with suppliers.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to production schedules. Promptly report deviations and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of sustainability initiatives and projects in alignment with environmental and social responsibility standards.
- Collect and analyze data related to procurement production and sustainability metrics.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Regional Coordinator.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Agricultural Science Biology Agronomy Environmental Science Forestry or a related discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in procurement production or sustainability roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with certification standards such as Café Practices Rainforest Alliance 4C Fairtrade and similar programs.
- Knowledge of coffee production is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Willingness to relocate and travel extensively within East Java (Bondowoso) as soon as possible.
