We are seeking a hands on commercially driven and guest focused Reservations Manager to lead our team and maximise occupancy and revenue in line with M Gallery standards and the values of Accor.
Key Responsibilities:
Active management of daily reservations enquiries and incoming calls ensuring each interaction is handled professionally efficiently and with a strong focus on conversion and revenue maximisation.
Drive occupancy ADR and overall revenue through effective management of all reservations enquiries with a strong focus on up-selling and conversion.
Monitor demand adjust rates and availability and manage inventory to optimise performance across all distribution channels (PMS GDS and online platforms).
Prepare monthly forecasts and analyse performance identifying opportunities to improve results.
Manage room allocations group bookings promotions and contracted allotments to maximise yield.
Identify and manage overbooking risks proactively to protect the guest experience.
Lead motivate and develop the Reservations team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional luxury service.
Ensure strong collaboration with Front Office and Sales to align strategy and maximise commercial outcomes.
Maintain expert knowledge of the property rate structure and market to convert every opportunity.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong revenue awareness leadership capability and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service while driving measurable results.

Qualifications :
To be successful in this sought after role you will demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of reservations management with a solid understanding of revenue and a working knowledge of Opera and RESA Web.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a reservations front office or sales environment.
- Ability to lead and work with multiple stakeholders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Appropriate rights to work in Australia.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for results ambition positive energy and an eye for detail.
- Sound understanding of emerging trends in the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to coach mentor develop and inspire teams.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate negotiate and build relationships with all levels.
