Job Summary
As anAdvanced Project Engineerhere at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing complex projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating project activities ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards ultimately delivering high-quality results that contribute to the companys success.
You will report directly to our Sr R&D Supervisor and youll work out of our Mexico City location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will impact the companys success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of advanced engineering projects driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project plans including timeline and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on status and performance.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project execution.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such Electronic and Mechatronic engineering
- 5 years of experience in project engineering or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget
- Technical expertise in project management tools (Jira Atlassian Suite and Microsoft Project) and methodologies (Scrum and SAFE)
- Proficient English level
