Job Summary
The Head of Operations Novara is responsible for the overall management and optimization of the catalyst production site Novara including developing and guiding an effective site team. This includes managing all site activities to ensure best-value production reliable customer deliveries and full compliance with quality specifications and regulations. The role involves implementing manufacturing strategies developing the site according to business unit strategy and managing site development to align capacities and capabilities with business requirements.
