Were looking for passionate skilled and courageous individuals to join our team across Norther Tasmania (Launceston and surrounds) asSupport Professionals in both SIL and Community Support.

What Youll Be Doing
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Safely perform manual handling tasks
- Support daily routines recreation and skill-building activities
- Administer medication and monitor wellbeing
- Work as part of a purpose-driven compassionate team
- Support participants in SIL environments including sleepovers
- Be available for a variety of shifts in a 24/7 setting
Who Were Looking For
Youre someone who is:
- Brave and compassionate ready to support people with complex needs
- Flexible and reliable comfortable with varied shifts including overnight
- A team player communicates clearly and works collaboratively
- Committed to safety and quality follows care plans and reporting protocols
What Youll Need
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred)
- Unrestricted full drivers licence
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check Working with Vulnerable People Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or have already)
