CREW MEMBER (Ages 16)
Our Crew Members strive to deliver a high-quality experience by prepping twisting and serving our signature products.

Responsible for prepping baking and serving pretzels and lemonade.
Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly efficient and accurate manner.
Works collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and fast-paced environment.

SHIFT LEADER (Ages 18)
The Shift Leader directs operations in the absence of the General/Assistant Manager to maintain the highest standards of food quality service and safety.

Supervises the team monitors breaks and manages scheduling/overtime.
Assists with training and developing new employees.
Ensures all products meet Auntie Annes quality standards.
Maintains a positive high-energy atmosphere for the crew and customers.
