- Install maintain and upgrade Culligan water treatment systems
- Diagnose troubleshoot and repair water treatment equipment efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Assist with product deliveries and equipment installations as needed
- Maintain company vehicles tools and equipment
- Provide professional friendly service that builds lasting customer relationships
- Follow safety standards and company policies
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license (required)
- Plumbing electrical or mechanical experience a plusbut not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
- Ability to lift/move 5075 lbs. regularly (equipment salt bags etc.)
- Dependable detail-oriented and eager to learn new skills
