Position Overview

Seeking a seasoned Corporate Pilot and CFI/CFII to operate and instruct in a 2023 Cirrus SR22T. This role includes PIC duties Private and Instrument instruction weekly ground school Bahamas operations and aircraft oversight.

Ideal for an experienced career-established aviator not for time-builders pursuing the airlines. Long-term mentorship mindset required.

Expected Activity

200 flight hours per year
2540 Bahamas trips annually
12 weekly ground sessions (Bradenton)
10 hours per week average
24-hour availability required
Must reside in Sarasota/Bradenton area

Responsibilities

Provide flight and ground instruction (Private & Instrument)
Serve as PIC for training and international flights
Coordinate customs and paperwork
Monitor weather and ensure conservative decision-making
Oversee maintenance and aircraft readiness
Maintain documentation and certifications

Qualifications

Required:

Commercial Pilot Certificate
Current CFI & CFII
Valid Medical & Passport
Strong IFR proficiency
Clean FAA record

Preferred:

2500 Total Time
High-performance single-engine experience
Cirrus experience
Retired airline or corporate background
