Spanish-speaking BOT Quality Analyst (Athens On-site)

Paid training duration: 12 days
Compensation & Rewards
Base monthly salary: 1045.72 gross
Food allowance: Up to 80/month (based on on-site attendance)
Productivity bonus: Up to 160/month (performance-based)
Relocation Support (two options):
All expenses covered flight hotel stay and real estate agency fee
250 relocation allowance real estate agency fee (for those relocating independently)

As a BOT Quality Analyst youll ensure that customerbot interactions are accurate compliant and genuinely helpfuldirectly influencing how millions of users experience cutting-edge technology.
Your Role: BOT Quality & Improvement Analyst
You will evaluate and improve customerbot interactions across chat-based channels ensuring the automated system delivers the highest quality responses.
Key Responsibilities
Review and assess bot-generated responses across all supported workflows
Evaluate intent recognition and response accuracy relevance and compliance
- Identify:
Incorrect or misleading answers
Irrelevant responses or hallucinations
Missed resolution opportunities
Unnecessary or incorrect escalations
Document knowledge gaps content inaccuracies and missing workflows
Recommend improvements to intents training data and dialogue flows
Flag policy violations bias unsafe content or guideline misalignment
Support continuous quality improvement for BOT interactions
Top Contact Drivers / Scenarios
Errors in BOT responses
Grammar or syntax mistakes
Issue misidentification
Failure to provide a response
What Were Looking For
Experience
Preferred background in Quality Assurance or Quality Monitoring
Solid understanding of quality fundamentals in customer interactions
Strong ability to identify insights and improvement opportunities

Advanced written communication skills (Spanish)
High stress tolerance in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
Strong decision-making skills
Advanced PC literacy
Typing speed 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
Salary Progression
After 12 months: 1100 gross/month
After 3 years: 1150 gross/month
(Applied from the first available payroll cycle after completion of each timeframe)
