Barcelona Spain Full-time (39 hours/week) Hybrid Model

About the Role

We are looking for a Finnish Speaking Google Ads Sales Executive to join an international sales team in this role you will work with Finnish-speaking clients helping them design and optimize online advertising strategies using Google Ads solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor driving customer success while achieving individual and team sales targets.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing technology and online advertising who thrives in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Finnish-speaking advertisers

  • Identify business needs and recommend tailored Google Ads solutions

  • Drive sales growth by optimizing campaigns and improving performance

  • Build strong long-term client relationships through consultative selling

  • Analyze data and insights to support decision-making and performance improvements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success

  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience

  • C2 level of Finnish and high level of English

  • 12 years of experience in sales digital marketing or online advertising

  • Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads AdSense or YouTube

  • Strong communication time management and analytical skills

  • Goal-oriented customer-focused and results-driven mindset

  • Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interest in marketing technology and continuous learning
