Job Description:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide remote support to our employees who are working from this role you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues maintaining our network and systems and providing training and support to our employees on various software and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide remote technical support to employees working from home

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

- Install and configure software and hardware

- Maintain and update network and systems

- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime

- Create and maintain technical documentation

- Provide training and support to employees on various software and hardware

- Work with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement process improvements

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues

- Familiarity with network and system administration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Knowledge of landscaping industry is a plus
