Job Summary

Technical Support Engineer Germany

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support customers across Germany in the surveying and construction equipment sector. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers in Germany

  • Perform equipment installation testing product demonstrations and troubleshooting

  • Deliver customer training and prepare German-language manuals videos and documentation

  • Collect user feedback and coordinate with HQ for continuous product improvement

  • Support local service center setup and handle minor equipment repairs

  • Assist the Sales Manager during customer visits and product certification processes

Requirements

  • German national fluent in German and English

  • 35 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer / FAE preferably in surveying or construction equipment

  • Strong hands-on technical capability and excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to travel regularly for field service

  • Valid drivers license required

Location: Germany
Travel: Frequent field travel required
