Position Overview
We are looking for experienced technically proficient and organized professionals to join our remote call center operations. High-level Dutch and fluent English (written and spoken) are required.
This role supports a premium home-based project in the online travel industry providing first-level customer support via inbound and outbound channels. You will handle multiple cases and calls simultaneously focusing on booking modifications cancellations deposit claims and complaint escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and case management
- Act as the first point of contact for homeowners using a booking platform
- Provide timely and high-quality assistance including escalations
- Log classify and follow up on all customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of call history and resolutions
- Analyze call data and share customer feedback
- Stay updated on platform and process changes
- Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear written communication
Requirements
- High fluency in Dutch and professional-level English
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling
- Strong computer literacy and experience working online
- Experience with both inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Clear empathetic and professional communication under pressure
Nice to Have
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Familiarity with Slack or online collaboration tools
- Experience in the online travel industry
- Technical support background (electronics machinery industrial sectors)
- Experience with Salesforce and standard office tools
Technical Requirements
Internet: Stable wired broadband connection
Hardware:
- Processor: Minimum 1.8 GHz (64-bit preferred)
- RAM: 8 GB or more
- Storage: Minimum 10 GB free
- Screen: resolution preferred
- Wired USB headset
Operating System:
- Windows 11 or later
- macOS 13 or later
Work Schedule (CET Time Zone)
Availability Requirements:
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday 2:00 PM 6:00 PM
- Sunday availability is mandatory
- Weekly hours: Minimum 20 hours maximum 30 hours
- Days off: 2 days per week (not on weekends)
- Weekend schedule: Same availability (2:00 PM 6:00 PM)
